Learn how to do your part to help create a cooler future. You might think that driving less and carpooling is the only way to help stop global warming. Not true. Every time you fly you add to your carbon footprint. Here a just a couple tips to get started. You can reduce the kilowatt hours (kWh's) by using low-power fluorescent lightbulbs, which take about 1/5 the power of a regular incandescent Turning off computers and other electrical appliances when not in use will also help. Natural gas, heating oil and propane use all add to your carbon foot print. If you are feeling helpless and don't know where to go to see how you might help, The Climate Trust has a great carbon counter to learn more. This site contains understandable information and resources to make it easy to learn to live green.

deal with the heat of summer. Let's start with a little
visualization. Picture yourself standing or sitting under the
trellis . . . no doubt, you've figured out this wasn't taken in
July! Doesn't that feel Good??!! Might help if you grab an
iced drink.
Aloe Vera Gelle is pure Aloe Vera Gel, thickened with natural Guar Gum to make a thick gel consistency for applying essential oils topically. Today's Tip: When training your nose to differentiate between certain Citrus peel oils in order to decide which might work better in your desired composition, place a drop or two of similar scents (try Tangerine, Mandarin and Bitter Orange) on three separate tester strips. Examine, contrast and compare periodically during a 24-hour drydown period and make notes on the differences. Some Citrus peel oils will reflect a pithy dryout note. A loose leaf notebook is good for keeping records, as you can easily organize pages alphabetically or remove pages to work on them individually.
